Custer's diverse and fun offerings of arts & crafts include everything from ceramics, paintings and pottery to jewelry, wearable art, antiques, collectibles and much more.
In total, Custer's features nearly 400 artisans, including sidewalk sale vendors and antique dealers, two stages of music, a children's park with activities and entertainment, a theatre stage and a food fest featuring nearly 30 restaurants.
The main entrance is at Main Street & Chicago Avenue
Hours: 10:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m. each day
The entertainment at Custer's Last Stand has something for every musical taste. The Piccolo Theatre Arena Stage (located at Custer Avenue and Washington Street), and the Piccolo Theatre Music Stage (at Chicago and Main) will feature an eclectic lineup of folk, jazz, world music and performance acts. And the new indoor Piccolatte Café where visitors can relax will feature acoustic acts.
For a fifth year running, the Piccolo Theatre will again present the popular "Piccolo Theatre Medicine Show" featuring 20 variety acts including theatre, puppets, juggling and clowns performing throughout the fair and on the Piccolo Theatre stage at 600 Main (near Chicago Ave) from Noon-4:30 p.m. each afternoon.
The fair started on Custer Avenue which was named to commemorate the heroism of Gen. George Armstrong Custer during the Civil War.
