EVANSTON, IL - First Bank & Trust will be holding a Shredding Event on Saturday, April 20 at the 2925 Central Street Branch from 11:00 a.m. &ndash 2:00 p.m. Shredding paper is a safe and secure way to dispose of confidential papers. Shredding is also a great way to conserve natural resources and protect the environment. Bring up to 25 pounds of personal papers to be shredded for no charge. First Bank & Trust recycled approximately 15,000 pounds of paper in 2012, saving the equivalent of 128 trees.
