Fitness and fun are a family affair with Family Zumba&trade ! Exercising as a family teaches valuable wellness concepts that will last a lifetime. Family Zumba&trade combines Latin and other dance styles to keep you and your little ones on their toes. Moms and Dads, and Grandmas too, can groove to great tunes with a workout that's fun for everyone! Be sure to bring water, wear low-traction shoes, and be ready to have a great time! Family Zumba is best for children age 4 and up. Only the parents pay for the workshop &ndash kids come free!
