| Details | Spiritual Self-Awareness is an on-going group for personal spiritual development. Our work will be based on a study of the roots of our Western religious traditions as found in the Native Middle East. Our study will not focus on the traditions themselves, but on the core insights and awarenesses that gave rise to them. Our study will include Judaism, Christianity, Gnosticism, Islam, and Sufism. A number of meditations, based on this ancient material, will be explored. The purpose of this group will be to help each participant develop his or her own unique, personal spiritual practice.
